About the Event
Girls Defend is aimed at body safety. Classes are for females ages 8+. This is a mommy & me class. Parents are expected to partisipate. Yes, it's ok to send sisters/cousins/friends.
Partispants should wear MASKS and comfortable clothing (layers, leggings, teeshirts). PLEASE NO BOOTY SHORTS OR JEWELRY.
